Introducing AMS

Advanced Management Solutions Ltd. is a Greek SME with activities in the field of the energy efficient buildings. AMS’s activities include architectural, structural and electromechanical design, supervision, construction and maintenance of buildings, energy consumption monitoring, building energy certificates and ΒΙΜ. Moreover, AMS develops innovative materials and products for buildings’ construction and retrofitting, including novel insulating materials, mortars, plasters, coatings and composite building systems (SmartWall). 

In GreeNest, AMS will be leading the design and construction of two of the proposed technologies of the project, SmartWall and NestControls. AMS is the provider of SmartWall envelope system, whereas in cooperation with HAMS, a system of digital tools that will regulate the indoor environment and will improve the thermal and visual comfort of the users will be designed and developed (NestControls). 

Moreover, AMS will be responsible for the North Aegean demo building installation, by supervising the construction and the implementation of all the technologies to the site. Last but not least, AMS will coordinate the activities related to the manufacturing and production of the Greenest Standardized Packages – technologies.
